Our Story
Software designed on the salon floor, not in a boardroom
D3 started by building salons themselves — custom furniture, pedicure chairs, full build-outs. Years of working inside real nail salons showed us exactly where the day gets stuck: the front-desk line at 2 PM, the payroll spreadsheet on Sunday night, the no-show that left a chair empty.
So we built the software we wished every salon we furnished already had. Every feature in D3 — turn tracking, self check-in, W2/1099 payroll — exists because a working salon needed it.
